Terms of Service

Effective date: October 2, 2026

These terms govern your use of aiforall.quest (formerly aiforallapp.com) and any coaching session you book through it. AI for All LLC (“AI for All,” “we,” “us”) is a Texas company. By submitting the intake form or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

What this is

AI for All is coaching to help non-technical people use AI tools with judgment and intention. Our current services are for adults 18 and over; by booking, you confirm you are 18 or older. It is coaching, not therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or technical support. Nothing said in a session should be treated as professional advice in those areas, and if you need it, we’ll say so and point you elsewhere.

Booking and payment

The first session (the Threshold Session) is one hour. Its price is confirmed to you before you book — currently $101 unless we’ve told you otherwise in writing. Payment is invoiced through Mercury. If you’re offered a free seat or a different arrangement, that arrangement is what’s stated in writing to you, not what’s listed here.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You can reschedule or cancel a session at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or no-shows inside that window forfeit the session fee.

No outcome guarantees

Coaching is a conversation and a practice, not a product with a guaranteed result. We don’t promise a specific outcome from any session.

Your material, our material

Anything you write, say, or build during a session is yours. Frameworks, language, and methods that belong to AI for All (including anything from the E.D.A.I. protocol or related materials) remain ours; you’re welcome to use what you learn, but you’re not licensed to teach or resell our materials as your own.

Limitation of liability

AI for All provides coaching in good faith but is not liable for decisions you make about AI tools, technology purchases, or your business based on a session. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the update.
