AI for All
Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 2, 2026
AI for All LLC (“AI for All,” “we,” “us”) provides AI coaching for non-technical people. Our current services, and the intake questionnaire, are for adults 18 and over. This page explains what we collect through aiforall.quest (formerly aiforallapp.com) and the intake questionnaire at aiforall.quest/intake, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you fill out the intake questionnaire, we collect what you tell us: your name, email, and location; what brought you here now and what worries you about AI; how you’d describe your relationship with technology so far; what you’d want AI to help with; what success would look like for you; and how you’d prefer to work together. Two separate checkboxes ask whether you’re comfortable with us sharing your feedback (for things like testimonials) and whether you want to hear from us beyond your session — both are your choice, not the default.
If you book a session, your booking (name, email, and the time you selected) is collected through Google Calendar.
If you become a client and a session is recorded (with your knowledge, through Plaud), that recording and its transcript are stored as part of your coaching record.
If you pay for a session, payment and invoicing information is handled by Mercury, our banking and invoicing provider. We do not see or store your full card or bank account numbers ourselves.
We do not use tracking cookies, ad pixels, or third-party analytics on the intake form.
Why we collect it
To prepare for your session, to reach you about booking, to invoice you if you’ve agreed to a paid session, and to keep an accurate record of the coaching relationship. That’s the whole list. We do not use your information to train AI models, and we do not sell it.
Who sees it
Gage Woodle, the coach, sees everything you submit. A small number of service providers process it on our behalf, only to make the service work:
- Supabase (database hosting for the intake form)
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Google Calendar (scheduling)
- Mercury (invoicing and payment)
- Notion (our internal client records)
- Zoho Mail (email)
None of these providers are permitted to use your information for their own purposes. We do not share your information with anyone else, and we do not sell it.
How long we keep it
We keep intake and session records for as long as you’re a client, and for a reasonable period after in case you return. If you ask us to delete your information and you are not an active or recent client, we will.
Your choices
You can ask what we have on file about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing gagewoodle@aiforallapp.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Our current services and the intake form are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we offer services for younger people in the future, this policy will be updated first, including how parental consent works.
Security
We rely on our service providers’ standard security practices (encryption in transit, access controls) and limit access to your information to what’s needed to run the coaching relationship.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
